Joe has developed broad technical and extensive business management experience with over 30 years’ industry involvement. Held Line, Engineering and Executive Management roles including senior assignments as Asset Manager, Managing Director and COO board reporting roles in both Public and Private sector companies. This experience extends predominantly throughout Australia and NZ as well as International assignments in Asia Pacific, USA and Canada.
Areas of expertise and practice include full Strategy Development, IPO stewardship, M&A, P&L accountability, Asset management, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, Development Projects, Project Execution, Plant and Process Operations, Reliability and Maintenance, Production Engineering, Production Optimisation along with a strong associative knowledge in business improvement practices and productivity.
This expertise has been attained in both Upstream E&P Operator and Contractor Service companies alike. This included Executive General Management roles in Major Construction, Engineering Design, EPC, Concept Development (PFS), Project Management, Planning and Strategy development, as well as Maintenance and Asset Management.
